PATOQ scholars at Persepolis combining manuscripts with modern computing

BIOINFORMATICS · DATA SCIENCE · MACHINE LEARNING

PATOQ (پاتوق) is a curated collection of practical resources and quick tutorials for bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, machine learning, and related fields.

Patoq is a Persian word for a gathering place—a space where people exchange ideas, learn together, and keep up with a fast-moving field.

Cover setting — Persepolis. The cover imagines a modern scientific gathering at Persepolis, the Achaemenid capital founded by Darius I around 518 BCE on a monumental terrace in present-day Fars, Iran. Explore Persepolis at the UNESCO World Heritage Centre →
