CM4AI CodeFest 2025

Team project from the 2025 CM4AI Hackathon at UAB focused on alternative image-embedding workflows for immunofluorescence data. The work explored cell segmentation, per-cell cropping and preprocessing, and SubCell-based inference to generate embeddings, attention maps, and class probabilities for downstream comparison with the CM4AI pipeline.

An ongoing personal project developing a 3D-printed plate reader for ELISPOT assays with a vision language model (VLM) counter. The project is planned to be published open source and made available online in the future.
